2. Data we process
When you contact us, we process your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry topic, message and contact date. The form requires your name, email and a topic; other details are optional. Without contact details we cannot reply. Do not submit document scans, national identification or passport numbers, health information or criminal conviction data through this form. Documents needed to handle a case are arranged separately.
The server also processes technical data, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, to the extent recorded in logs. Form protection uses an IP hash and submission attempt times. Form content is delivered to WORKCREW by email, without a separate enquiry database; the message does not include your IP address.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We answer questions and manage correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you enquire about entering into a contract with us, steps taken at your request before that contract rely on Article 6(1)(b).
Protecting the website against abuse and establishing, exercising or defending specific legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f). Compliance with legal duties, including handling data rights requests, relies on Article 6(1)(c). Sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to advertising or a newsletter.
4. Providers and processing in the UK
Authorised WORKCREW personnel handle enquiries. Technical website and email support is provided by Marcin Jedrzejczak trading as AItronix, 64 Vista House, Lincoln Road, Dorking, RH4 1GP, United Kingdom, using IONOS VPS infrastructure in the UK. AItronix processes data on WORKCREW’s instructions for technical support; it does not handle the substance of your enquiry. Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive it by law.
Website hosting and email are located in the UK, outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to the UK rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (GDPR Article 45). You can request information about the transfer basis using the controller’s contact address.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained while being handled and then for no more than 12 months after the last contact. If an engagement follows, data needed for the case is subject to the rules for that service and applicable legal duties. Data needed in a specific dispute may be retained until it is resolved or the relevant limitation period expires.
Ordinary technical logs are retained for no more than 30 days; records of a specific incident may be kept until it is investigated or for defending claims. Backups rotate within 30 days. Deleted data may remain in a protected backup until overwritten, without being used for routine operations. Rate-limit data checks attempts within the last hour; its files are deleted within 48 hours of their last update.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access and a copy, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies where processing is automated and based on a contract or consent.
Write to biuro@legalpraca.com.pl. We normally respond within one month; where permitted by law, this may be extended by two months, with reasons provided. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or, where the GDPR provides, the supervisory authority for your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
7. Language, advertising and external services
The website reads your browser’s language preferences. A manual language choice is stored locally in your browser as legalpraca_lang until you clear the site’s data, solely to remember that choice. The current website uses no Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. We do not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions producing legal effects.
If you follow a link to Facebook, Instagram or Google, that service’s rules also apply. Simply viewing our website does not activate their pixels. Adding measurement tools will require updated information and, where required, consent before activation.
